    The BA/PM’s role is to help the process of Software Group solutions implementations in a cost-effective way by determining the requirements of a project and communicating them clearly to all stakeholders, facilitators and partners. 

    The core skill of the Project manager is requirements management and strict project management. Developing IT solutions to business requirements, or to advance a company’s sales efforts, begins with defining, analysing and documenting requirements; managing requirements at the project level leads to fulfilling business needs. Than follows converting of all the findings from the Business Analysis into tasks, deliverables and deadlines.

    Skilled Project manager has to drive the process of change requests, manage the project scope, acceptance, installation and deployment and design/review of test cases.

     Main responsibilities:

    • Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis

    • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs

    • Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: (Functional requirements (Business Requirements Document), iii. Use Cases, GUI, Screen and Interface designs)

    • Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously

    • Work independently with users to define concepts and plans for project management

    The role of the Regional Business Development Manager is to lead the region’s business development activities by establishing and managing the various business development and sales activities.     Main Responsibilities:

    The Deputy Head of Research & Development (R&D), under the direction of the Head of R&D and in close collaboration with the Chief Systems Architect and the Process & Release Manager, will lead, manage and coordinate the work of the R&D software development teams located in Bulgaria, which are responsible for the design and development of the company new innovative software platforms and systems. 

    • Planning & Coordination
      • Under the direction of the Head of R&D and in close collaboration with the other technical managers, architecture & engineering team, and solution experts coordinate and actively participate in the planning, documentation, and design of company innovative unified platforms, core frameworks, components, business engines, integrations, and delivery channels
      • Coordinate development priorities and resource assignments based on a broader input from the other departments of the company 
    • Documentation & Processes
      • Ensures the adoption of streamlined development processes and methodologies, including agile development, KPI data gathering, reporting and analysis
      • Based on established software engineering processes and methodology, ensure that all architectural and design documents, diagrams, non-functional requirements, standards and best practices are followed and done on time and with high-quality
    • Training & Mentorship
      • Actively contribute to company design and development knowledge base (KB), knowledge-sharing channels and initiatives, internal and external training sessions, events & conferences, and professional development activities
      • Organize skills evaluation and training events for the R&D software and database development teams, and in coordination with the A&E experts, initiates and participates in the continuous knowledge transfer of the new platforms and technologies to the other departments

    • Team Management:
      • Under the direction of the company Head of R&D and in close collaboration with the Head of Architecture & Engineering, the Deputy Head of R&D is leading some of the most strategically critical teams, responsible for the innovation, development, and ongoing enhancement of the company new platforms and systems
      • Manage all Bulgaria-based R&D software & database development teams, distributing work, resources and priorities
      • Grow and expand the R&D development teams to meet company long-term objectives, assuring team’s high-level of quality, professionalism, productivity and commitment

    Requirements:

    • University Degree (preferably in Computer science, Information systems, Mathematics, or Telecommunications)
    • At least 2 years as a Software Development Manager on complex mission critical systems for a multi-national company 
    • At least 5 years of prior to manager hands-on experience in full stack enterprise-level development using web, mobile and database technologies
    • Deep understanding of highly scalable and secure multi-tier and multi-channel enterprise application’s architecture
    • Experience with managing the full software development lifecycle in an R&D environment, including  employing agile (SCRUM or SAFe) methodology
    • Experience with design and development of SOA, enterprise service bus (ESB), business engines, and data mapping architectures
    • Senior-level experience with JavaScript functional programming and/or in OOP in Java/C#/C++ world
    • Senior-level experience with database design and performance optimizations of SQL and/or NoSQL databases
